A-list stars who played basketball in school

 Finally, proof that Brad Pitt and his lovely locks have always out-shined his peers. While we don’t have evidence to support the theory that Brad was probably a killer basketball player, but we’d like to think his athleticism isn’t just an act. After all, even as a freshman at Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Missouri, it seems Brad always looked like a winner.

 Who wears short-shorts?! In 1986, Jamie Foxx—then still known by his birth name, Eric Bishop—was a senior at Terrell High School in Terrell, Texas, and a member of the varsity basketball team. Lucky number 13 was rockin’ the short shorts and the tucked-in tank, before he became one of America’s top actors.

 In 1997, during her freshman year at Park Lane Academy in McComb, Mississippi, Britney Spears (number 25) looked glammed-up enough to jump right into her “…Baby One More Time” video which had a high school theme. Turns out, Britney must have been spending time both on the court and in the studio in 1997, since her breakout hit single was released only a year later.

 George, is that you? The resemblance is unmistakable… That knowing smile and athletic build says it all. This was George Clooney in all his high school glory during his senior year at Augusta High School in Augusta, Kentucky. This is one locker room candid shot we can celebrate.
